Meet Jillaire
Jillaire McMillan is a Weld County resident, small business co-owner, and lifelong community servant who has spent decades showing up wherever her neighbors need her: on PTA boards and school education foundations, at soccer sidelines, in church assignments, and on phone banks. Raised in the western United States, she earned bachelor's and master's degrees in American History from Boston College, and has spent more than two decades volunteering alongside friends, colleagues, and strangers alike, finding common ground across the political spectrum.
As a mother of four, Jillaire poured herself into Weld County's neighborhood schools, serving as president of her children's elementary school PTA, middle school PTO, and high school education foundation. Seven years ago, she and her husband launched a local small business, where she oversees human resources and finance.
